PhoneSuite is available in two models:

  • PhoneSuite 64
    Designed for small hotels, motels, and bed & breakfast inns, with a configuration as small as 4 trunks by 8 extensions and as large as 16 trunks by 64 extensions.
  • PhoneSuite 112
    Can be configured as large as 32 trunks by 239 extensions, making it a great choice for medium-sized hotels, motels, resorts, and "limited service" properties.

PhoneSuite includes a full set of features for everyone:

Guests:
  • Check-In automatically sets dialing restrictions & resets voice mail; Check-Out deactivates the phone & prints extension phone bill (if call accounting option installed)
  • Per-Extension Dialing Restrictions for Local, Long-Distance, and Room-to-Room Calls
  • Wake-Up Calls with Voice Message can be set by extension or console
  • Message-Waiting Lamp Control
  • Do-Not-Disturb
  • 911 Alarm notifies staff immediately when a guest dials 911 Emergency Services
  • PhoneSuite Model 112 supports 2nd phone or computer in room
  • Answer Detection (in PhoneSuite Model 112 only) ensures guests are billed just for completed calls, not busy or no-answer

Manager:
  • Cordless Phone can perform most console functions
  • Automatic & Manual Day / Night Mode, with ability to ring after-hours calls to the manager's apartment or a night station; if installed, the auto attendant can answer calls differently during the day and at night (both the ring-to-answer-on and the message can be different)
  • Manager can have a private line but can still receive internal calls
  • Room Status Report shows the current condition of each room
  • Flexible extension numbering, so you can select your extension numbers
  • TAFAS allows the manager to answer incoming trunk calls from any extension
  • Speed-Dial List lets guests quickly dial the businesses of your choice without knowing the phone number (e.g. "Order Pizza") - available in Model 112 only
 
Front-Desk and Administrative Staff:

  • Property Management System Interfaces accept commands from PMS and send costed call data & room status codes to PMS (some interfaces are optional)
  • System Reports go to printer and/or PMS
  • Calls can be distributed to department members via a Hunt Group, with Log-In and Log-Out
  • Call Pickup Groups allow staff t answer coworkers' calls without leaving their desk
  • Incoming calls on toll-free lines can be blocked from transfer to guest rooms

Other Staff:
  • Maids can enter Room Status Codes from each room
  • Specialty lines ring directly to extensions (e.g., restaurant)
  • Spa, lobby, & elevator telephones can be restricted to appropriate uses

 

 

 

 

System-Wide Features:
  • Automatic Route Selection (ARS)
  • Block / Allow 1010XXX Calls
  • Ground-start and loop-start phone lines are both supported.  A T1 line (up to 24 channels) can be used with Model 112 only.
  • Provided Ports: 1 Parallel Printer Port; 1 Serial Port; 1 Music-on-Hold Input Port; 1 Paging Port; 1 Console Port.  PhoneSuite Model 112 includes 2nd Serial Port & 2nd Console Port.
